As part of our commitment to transparency and fairness, we have established this no-refund policy to outline our stance on refunds, cancellations, and eligibility termination.

2. Payment and Enrollment

1. Payment Obligations:
   • All payments made to Ottawa Ice lightning Club are non-refundable. Once a payment is processed, it cannot be reversed or refunded.
     • By enrolling your child in our programs, you agree to abide by this policy.
2. Eligibility and Participation:
   • Ottawa Ice Lightning Club reserves the right to evaluate and determine each player’s eligibility based on skill level, behavior, and commitment.
   • Termination of eligibility may occur at any time due to factors such as disciplinary issues, lack of progress, or violation of Ottawa Ice Lightning Club rules.

3. Cancellation and Withdrawal

1. Voluntary Withdrawal:
   • If a player voluntarily withdraws from Ottawa Ice Lightning Club, no refunds will be issued for any remaining sessions or fees.
   • We encourage open communication with our coaching staff if a player needs to withdraw.
2. Involuntary Termination:
   • Ottawa Ice Lightning Club may terminate a player’s participation due to serious misconduct, repeated violations of policies, or other compelling reasons.
   • In such cases, no refunds will be provided.
