To ensure a fair, consistent, and safe training environment for all players, the following policies apply to all participants.

1. Training Fees

Ice rental costs are shared equally among all participating families. Because the ice time is booked and paid for in advance, training fees are fixed and cannot be adjusted for individual absences.

Players may occasionally miss sessions due to illness, travel, or other commitments. However, providing partial refunds would require other families to absorb the additional costs. To maintain fairness for everyone, no refunds or fee reductions will be issued for missed sessions.

2. Attendance & Substitutions

Training sessions are planned in advance by the coach to ensure proper skill development and a safe on-ice environment.

For this reason:

• Substituting another player for a missed session is not permitted.

• Allowing different players to join individual sessions may disrupt the training plan and affect both the quality of instruction and player safety.

3. Registration Cancellation & Transfers

If your plans change after registering:

• Before the first training session:

You may transfer your spot to an age-appropriate player on the waiting list.

• If there is no waiting list:

You may find a suitable replacement player of the appropriate age group, subject to approval.

• After the first training session begins:

No transfers (in or out) will be accepted.
